Zumba is so legit.
Today at lunch there was a zumba class at my school. I popped in and I LOVED IT. I was sweating by the end and it’s my new favourite form of exercise aieosdfjawosfd <3 <3 I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to have an intense work out and have fun at the same time! I’m going every week now.

so yeah my mentality is fine but my body is NOT liking me. Can I just feel un-sick now? :c
everytime i binge the effects are worse because it’s longer duration between binges and my body really likes my regular healthy diet.

Ideas for semester long nutrition project?
I have a class where I get to research and do field work on whatever topic I want for one semester. Since I’m passionate about nutrition, I want to focus on that. Does anyone have any ideas? I beat my plateau!
After plateauing at 110-111 for a month, I finally beat it! It’s actually a strange occurrence of events. Last Monday I binged on like 2000 calories, so on Tuesday I weighed 113.0. Week 1 of intuitive eating
ONE WEEK BINGE FREE! :))) So I started off the new year weighing 113 pounds from water weight from a new year’s eve party, and when that went away, it settled at 111. This is why I hate bingeing. I’m certain 100% of that is water weight but it just makes me feel like shit. I make some progress (I was finally able to get past 110lbs after being stuck at a plateau), then I fuck it up by bingeing.
