HA…. this implies that I like exercise. /is a lazy mofo/ I think I would like dance if I were good at it. DDR’s pretty rockin’ though.

Yeah. I’m so lazy. Once Christmas break starts I’m going to start working out hardcore. I ridiculously busy with school at the moment.
My intake for yesterday was about 1200 calories.
Weigh in Wednesday: 111 pounds still.
Argh no change! I counted out all my calories meticulously. Even though I overrate for three days, I should have lost half a pound. Whatever, time to try harder this week. I don’t think I’ll be 105 pounds by New Year’s. bleeh, I’ll focus on putting in as much effort as I can.
Intake:
2 apples - 100
2 pieces of whole wheat bread - 150
Ginger ale - 50 (whyyyy. liquid calories bad, self!)
Milk - 70
Hard boiled egg - 70
Red Pepper - 20
Carrot - 30
Lettuce - 10
Yogurt - 35
Chicken - 45
Grapes - 100
Tofu - 150
Rice - 100
Shrimp - 75
Asparagus - 50
Vegetable oil - 100
Mushrooms - 10
Total: 1165! and I overestimated everything too.
I’ve decided to increase my intake to 1200 because then I don’t have to consciously limit any food. I basically eat whatever I want of healthy food until I’m full and I end up at around 1200. Being full all the time, getting nutrients, and not feeling weak from hunger>losing 0.4 pounds more per week.
