I found my shorts I wore before I gained weight…
…AND THEY FIT AGAIN! One of my best parts of the day. ALSO! I have a new goal of gaining more muscle mass. What’s the point of being skinny if I’m just going to be flabby-skinny? I’d much rather be toned.
Unfortunately I binged on cake… Great. Intake:
Fried egg
2 pieces of whole grain bread
Salad
A SHITTON OF CAKE
2 whole grain dinner buns (srslyyyy?)
Some broccoli/shrimp
Mandarin orange
4 skittles
1 Malteser
4 pieces of sugar free gum
Yogurt
2 apples
Total of 1400 calories. Bleh. Net 1250.
But today I also ran intervals :3 And did ab workouts. I’m pretty sure the reason I haven’t been losing weight is because I suck at estimating calories and I graze in the evening, which I don’t count for. And I wasn’t exercising. Man I didn’t expect to be out of breath when I ran intervals today. I was on the provincial cross country team only a few months ago! And now that running season’s done, I’m so out of shape. I want to run a half-marathon in May so I better step it up.
Today I went to American Eagle and tried on their size 2 jeans! They fit perfectly :3 My friend that I went shopping with is a size zero and I was so jealous! She’s so thin, but she doesn’t want to be. The grass is always going to be greener on the other side.
Day eighteen: Do you have to eat any meals with your family? Are they for or against your diet?
I eat breakfast with my mom in the morning, and supper with both my parents. They’d rather me not lose weight, but they’ve been supportive of my choices.
Day nineteen: Have you ever lied to avoid eating something?
Yeah.
