Day twenty: Do you binge? How often and what triggers it?
THIS MORNING I WEIGHED 110 POUNDS. WHICH MEANS FIRST GOAL WEIGHT. WHICH MEANS I GET TO SEND OUT INVITATIONS FOR A CHRISTMAS PARTY. Even though I probably won’t be that weight tomorrow, I reached it once! :D Which means that it’ll be easier to reach it again.
Unfortunately, I do binge. I binge when I’m under stress. Also, if I just have one unhealthy thing, I’m like “fuck it, I’ve already failed today” and then I eat even more. Or I have one piece of something unhealthy, and then I eat it out of a bottomless bag… Hmph.
Intake:
2 apples - 100
3 pieces of toast - 240
Yogurt - 35
Grapes - 80
Cucumber - 30
1 Carrot - 30
Rolled oats - 20
Mandarin - 30
Pomelo - 30
Broccoli - 30
Shrimp - 50
Tofu - 20
Chicken - 60
Oil - 100
Zucchini lasagna - 200
Total of 1055 calories!
Excercise:
25 minutes of interval running - minus 180
Ab and butt workout
Grand total of 875 calories! Yay for running two days in a row :) And yay for good eating day.
