Day twenty-one: Do you listen to music when you work out?

Nah. Since my treadmill is in my basement, I usually have the TV on instead. But the best runs for me are the ones where I don’t have any background noise. I like to focus in on my inner energy, and then times passes quicker (soooo cheesy and weird. I know).

Intake:
Frozen fruit and yogurt
Egg salad
Apple
Yogurt
Squash
Chicken stirfry with zucchini and red peppers
Green beans
A ridiculous amount of buttersquash
Oil
A bit of rice

Total of 1140 calories because I don’t feel like retyping all the values after I’ve inputted them into myfitnesspal. My account is strawbirdies if anyone wants to hit me up!

Exercise
Jazz dance class - minus 60 calories
Mini ab workout

TOTAL OF 1080 CALORIES! Yay for good eating day again! I feel absolutely stuffed right now after having the squash. It’s legitimately the MOST filling food I’ve ever had, and all for only 80 cals a cup. I had one and I half cups and I feel like I just ate a whale. And an elephant.

On another note, the number on the scale doesn’t bother me as much anymore. As long as I know I’m being accountable with my body, the pounds will come off. Tiny gains/losses are generally fluctuations; I have to look at the overall trend. I feel good! Liberated, almost. It’s sad to think that only a week ago I’d cry and have a mental breakdown if I binged… I think this new attitude will not only help me overcome binges, but will help me avoid them altogether. Physics of thermodynamics is on my side! Also, I don’t believe in plateaus, at least for my body. They only happen because I slip a lot and I never really account for them because I feel guilty. But now I’m counting out everything so I know exactly what’s going into my body.

I’m also trying the no eating at 7PM thing. That’s when I binge the most.

Byebye lovelies, have a great day :)
