Day twenty-six: Do you drink alcohol? What do you generally drink?
I suck at this posting everyday thing D: Friend me on myfitnesspal (strawbirdies) and I’m always active on there.
Day twenty-two: Are you generally smaller or larger than your friends?
I think I’m like above average. I have some friends that are ridiculously thin (so jealous!) so that makes the average weight very tiny ;-;
Day twenty-three: Do you feel that your weight holds you back socially?
Nah. I’m definitely not overweight, so I don’t have to deal with the social stigma that comes with that. Nor do I skip social events so I can skip out on eating. Friends>food
Day twenty-four: Is losing weight one of your top priorities in life?
Yeah. That’s all I write about in my diary (probably because there’s nothing else exciting going on in my personal life). I dream about it… how sad is that? I’ve had several dreams where I binge and I wake up and I think it’s real… then I remember it’s just a dream :) So stressful.
Day twenty-five: Do you ever eat fast food?
I try to limit it as much as possible. I’ll sneak a few fries here and there, but it’s mostly negligible. Unless subway counts. That shit is so healthy (minus the ridiculous sodium quantities).
Day twenty-six: Do you drink alcohol? What do you generally drink?
I’ve never had a drop of it. I feel like that’s something I’m supposed to do since I’m almost seventeen and all, but an opportunity hasn’t come up, and I’m not going to go out of my way to do it.
So yesterday I had like 1700+ calories. BUT THEN I RAN INTERVALS FOR ALMOST AN HOUR. So yeah. Damage negated :3 Oh and I’ve been so good about running lately. Gotta train for a half marathon in May, so yeah!
Intake so far:
Egg sandwich
Apple
Carrots
Half a small brownie
A tiny bit of melons and pineapple
1 slice whole wheat bread
2 peanuts
1/2 cup 1% milk
462 CALORIES SO FAR
Exercise
15 minutes interval running
MINUS 124 CALORIES
TOTAL 338 SO FAR
My parents are having a huge dinner party tonight with lots of fattening yet delicious food, so I’ll let myself eat 500 calories and I think I’ll be okay. I’m feeling really good about my self control right now… but that might change later on XD
