Day twenty-seven: Does shark week make you hungrier than usual, and do you allow yourself to eat more at this time of the month?

LOL I’VE NEVER HEARD SHARK WEEK USED FOR PERIOD BEFORE. And I think I’m pretty normal :) 

I started Jillian Michael’s 30 day shred today. the workout was only 25 minutes, but man do my arms feel so noodly! It’s great. I actually love being slightly sore from working out because that means I’m pushing myself :) People lose so many inches from this, so I hope that helps with that area. And the 25 minutes went past in a BREEZE. When I run for 25 minutes I feel like dying of boredom, but this workout was fun and challenging. 

I bought a digital scale so I could be more accurate with everything. Also bought some 3lb dumbbells. GUESS WHO’S GONNA GET ARM MUSCLES? I ALSO BOUGHT A YOGA MAT. YEAH. Today was such a good day for fitness. It’s entertaining how getting the equipment makes me feel accomplished… 

Intake:
Apple, celery, carrot, and cucumber frozen yogurt
Turkey sandwich
Sunflower seeds/dried cranberry/almond mix
Spinach/Tomato/bean sprout/squash/turkey salad
TOTAL 840 CALORIES

Exercise:
10 minute ab workout
30 Day shred level 1 - MINUS 133 CALORIES

NET INTAKE - 707 CALORIES

I hope I can break through my plateau with this new workout strategy :3 Wish me luck! Today was such a good eating and exercise day.
