01/24/12 Intake

I’m going to start posting my intakes again! :D Hopefully this will be motivation for me to stay on track.

Breakfast
Oatmeal with cinnamon
1/2 slice rye bread
Hard boiled egg

Lunch
Tomato soup
Broccoli and seafood stirfry
Strawberries 

Snack
A few bites of all bran cereal & grapes
Like 1/2 cup of cashews…? Oops. Gotta remember not to eat out of bottomless jar.

Supper
Bell pepper stuffed with chicken, onions, beans, salsa, and sprinkle of skim cheese
Spinach, apple, mandarin, radish, and onion salad

Exercise
40 minute cardio/ab/arm circuit

Overall a really good day! :D I almost binged on cashews, but then I reminded myself that it was just a craving and I wasn’t really hungry. I proceeded to go on tumblr and then the craving died.
Oh and I never have salad with dressing anymore… I don’t even like the taste of dressing. After generally eating clean for months, fresh food tastes SO good by itself.  
Ended up with 31+ grams of fiber. I feel so bloated right now. Oh god. At least it’s killed any post-supper cravings… :)
