What I had for lunch today! :) Props to twentyandhealthy for the idea. Thanks everyone for your suggestions too! I will definitely be using a lot of those soon.
1 slice rye bread (cut into two pieces) with ground beans (my ghetto version of hummus), spinach, cucumber, onion, carrot, and salsa. Side of steamed green peas and dessert of microwaved apple slices sprinkled with cinnamon (not pictured BUT IT TASTED LIKE AN APPLE PIE).
