Breakfast
2 slices french toast (2 slices rye bread, 1 tbsp milk, 1 egg white, 1/2 tsp sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, cooking spray)
Lunch
Sandwich with ground beans, onions, spinach, cucumbers, and salsa
Boiled green beans
Apple with cinnamon
Supper
Pasta with chicken in a sweet chili sauce
More boiled green beans
A little bit of bok choy/beef/tomato/egg/lotus root/whatever else my dad made
post workout snack
cashews and a bit of chocolate
Exercise
30 minutes walk
This cardio workout
25 minutes abs/arms/butt strength stuff.
Comments
I was FAMISHED by the time supper came around. I didn’t have any snacks in the afternoon because I was at my friend’s house. I was offered a milkshake but I didn’t want any. I should bring an emergency apple with me everywhere. But then I think people would judge me… Oh the pains of sticking to healthy eating.
