01/26/12 Intake

Breakfast
2 slices rye bread with strawberry jam

Post-run
Apple with cinnamon

Lunch
Chilled spaghetti with tofu and veggies
1/3 cup cooked spaghetti
Broccoli, green beans, mushrooms, cucumber, a bit of a carrot
Cooked tofu with soy sauce and various other spices

Afternoon snack
Cashews, almonds, and a bit of chocolate chips (I had like 10 mini chocolate chips… but I really have to kill this habit D:)

Supper
Steamed green beans, broccoli, and shrimp
Sandwich - 1 slice rye bread, 1 scrambled egg, spinach, tomato, onion
Salsa
A tiny bit of tofu and other various vegetables

Exercise
60 minute run
30 minute walk
20 minutes of bicep curls

Comments
So today I had the brilliant idea of motivating myself to run. I really wanted to go to the library but I was like “YOU’RE NOT ALLOWED TO DO THAT UNTIL YOU RUN AN HOUR”. It took me half an hour to run to the library, then I was just aimlessly running laps around it to get another half an hour. So effing boring ;-; At least it wasn’t -50 celcius today… hahaha.
And then on the way home from the library, I was walking with my heavy bag of books. I decided to walk and do bicep curls (with the books) at the SAME TIME. I’M A FUCKING GENIUS. But not really because I looked so dumb walking down the street. But it was super effective and my arms are sore now.
Note to self: lunch was yummy, make again soon.
