Breakfast
Oatmeal with peanut butter
Banana with cinnamon
Almond milk 

Lunch
Sandwich - roast pork, turkey, spinach, salsa
Salad - Spinach, onion, radish, apple, mandarin

Post-workout snack
Almond milk
Yogurt
All bran cereal

Supper
Chicken breast
Roast beef
Daikon radish
Steamed green beans and broccoli

Dessert
Banana icecream (I froze a banana, blended it, and added a few chocolate chips. Delicious and guilt free :D) 

Exercise
20 minutes running 
10 minutes skipping rope/jumping around
30 minutes ab/butt/arm exercises

Really good day. I reminded myself to eat in the afternoon, so I didn’t get a stomachache from hunger :D
On the treadmill I decided to run really fast (like almost a sprint) for 20 minutes instead of my usual light run. It was tough but I felt SO GOOD when I finished. I always have to remind myself of how awesome I’ll feel after a workout. Because I felt fucking amazing. And I set a personal record for 2 miles on my treadmill <3 <3
And my abs show up in more than one kind of lighting now, hurrah! lolol.
Eating was good today too. I’m obsessed with almond milk.
