oh god i feel like puking
so yeah my mentality is fine but my body is NOT liking me. Can I just feel un-sick now? :c
everytime i binge the effects are worse because it’s longer duration between binges and my body really likes my regular healthy diet.
February goal: Do not binge!
On a side note I went to a birthday party this weekend and I had chips and cake in moderation. I got to enjoy the food without overeating :3 I maybe ate 400 calories of food there. HUGE improvement from going to parties and eating 2000+ calories. I am so proud of myself. So even though this is a setback, I’ve been having major accomplishments :)
