Hi guys. I’m really sorry for being so inactive D: School and life just got in the way of things, but now I think I’m going to start posting more often :D So where have I been…
-I’ve been maintaining my weight really well! I only weigh myself every few weeks now. I thought I gained a few pounds because there were several days where I ate EXCESSIVELY (like probably 4000+ calories lol) but I didn’t gain any weight! It’s amazing how my body is able to make up for the mistakes I make. So to anyone that binges/overeats… as long as it’s not a every day thing it’s not going to screw you over :)
-TRACK SEASON BEGINS IN TWO WEEKS. I AM SO PUMPED. I’ve never been excited for joining a school sport but now I am. I actually ran this winter so I’ll be able to perform well. Perks of being fit hehehe….
-I’M JOINING CANOE CLUB. Going to get some upper body strength maybe (probably not)… my arms are like noodles!
-Obsessed with zumba. I love it. Seriously, to anyone who hasn’t taken a zumba class, you have to! You’ll never view exercise the same way again.
-Unfortunately I’m still counting calories. It’s just annoying because I don’t want to think of how many calories are in food before I eat it! Though I have been doing better with this in the past week.
-SPRING BREAK IN ONE WEEK. <3
