One year ago, my gym class got a yoga instructor to come in and teach us some yoga. One of the poses she showed us was the teddy bear headstand. I could not get it at all; I was such a flailing mess. I tried doing the teddy bear headstand moments ago out of the blue AND I CAN DO IT NOW! WITH EASE TOO! :D
Sometimes I think I’m not progressing with my fitness at all but it’s little moments like this that show me how far I’ve come in several months! :D I love you abs for being able to support my body hehehe. And boy do I love yoga, so much. (Even though I’m awful). I can’t wait until I’m able to do a regular headstand.
